ALL ORDERS
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
All orders ship via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 12 pm PST, will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

When will my order arrive?
Please note that the carrier provides estimated delivery times after placing the order. However, these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by ANGENIKA LLC in the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as forces of nature.
It is essential to understand that sometimes, USPS may experience delivery delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays on USPS's part. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, kindly contact your local USPS for assistance. They are always willing to help you locate your package if you call them directly.

How much is shipping?
At the time of checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated.
It is important to note that some countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes on orders. Please be aware that any taxes or fees charged by your country's customs department are your responsibility as the customer. We are not liable for any of these fees.
The shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped and all sales are final. Kindly note that any customs duties or fees assessed to your order will not be covered by us. You will be responsible for paying these fees.
It has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order yet. What is going on?
Please note that orders shipped outside of the United States may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. In some cases, shipments may be delayed due to customs regulations in the destination country. Each customs office has its own policies and procedures, and any fees or tariffs imposed on the shipment are not our responsibility.
